Alan Palmer is the former Chair of Central London Humanists and a long-serving member of its committee for over 17 years. A former trustee of Humanists UK and NHS Trust Director, Alan helped grow CLH into the UK’s most active humanist group and pioneered interfaith dialogue initiatives following the Protest the Pope campaign. His work spans ethical decision-making in healthcare, humanist community-building, and promoting respectful dialogue across worldviews.
